The place looked nice and the seating area was pleasant; the frogs that come at night were a cool sight. The lady at the desk was not helpful at all—I had to call to prove I had a reservation, and even after that she still gave us a hard time. We ended up leaving and going to the motel across the street, and we had already stood at the desk for a good five minutes before she even showed up.

I liked how soft the bed was and the lobby area felt welcoming. However, the rooms were dirty and dusty, the community dryer had no instructions and seemed to not work well— it took 3 hours to dry one shirt. The elevators were dirty and I hardly saw any maids cleaning rooms.

The hotel was in a good location right off the interstate. The floors in the room were really dirty, they looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed or mopped in a while, so we wore shoes the whole time. The bathroom shower also leaked, so every time we showered it soaked the bathroom floor. We only stayed 2 nights, so we made do, but long term I would not recommend.

The pool is great. The room was humid, sheets were damp, and many upgrades were needed. I had to move from the first room because the shower leaked into the hallway. The floors were lifting and the laminate was not cleaned well.
