The private room was a good size and offered good value for money. The staff were very helpful, arranged check‑in for my 5 am arrival, and assisted me with Alipay and Didi.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially the young new employee who went out of his way to arrange a taxi to the train station on our departure; he speaks English well and is eager to please. The room was spacious, had plenty of hot water, and was very clean, but the bed was uncomfortable because the mattress was thin.

The staff were amazingly helpful and friendly, providing local info and arranging a museum reservation as well as a tour. The private room was spotless and had everything needed for a comfortable stay, and the bed was comfy too. It’s located far from the centre, yet there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The free laundry service was brilliant, but the English instructions to operate the machine were confusing; the owner said they would arrange a clearer guide, which is a positive.
