“It was ok. But not wow”

The location was convenient, but garbage wasn’t collected and it took a while to get new towels when I asked.

“Mediocre aged hotel not worth the price.”

I appreciated that there were laundry facilities and that the staff was very nice, but the building feels old with rotting wood. Getting into my room was a nightmare – the key cards required multiple swipes or didn’t work at all, so I had to go to the front desk. That’s the last thing you want after a busy day. The “breakfast” of muffins, coffee, and yogurt is hardly a real breakfast. The airport shuttle only runs until 5:00, which is useless if you’re flying outside business hours. The property needs maintenance.

I liked how big the room was, but the fridge was very noisy, the bathroom was dated and some tiles were falling off, and the receptionist named Johnson was terrible—rude and unhelpful. One night we couldn’t sleep because a car parked under the room windows kept sounding its alarm all night, and the hotel offered no apology or partial refund. When we booked, breakfast was listed as included, but it wasn’t actually available.

“would stay there again”

The breakfast was poor and the seating was very poor. Only the lobby seating was available for breakfast, so I had to leave the hotel without eating because there was no place to sit.

“Very uncomfortable, dirty, poorly maintained hotel.”

4 trips back to the front desk to rekey our door keys since they failed to open the room door. Every carpet we encounterd were filthy, worn and many had raised folds. Paint throughout was very worn. Had to go back to front desk to request bed sheets since bed without linens. Breakfast was very cheap packaged pastry, nothing else. No coffee, no juice. We walked away
