Free drinks and breakfast were appreciated, but I booked it thinking it was a love hotel and I wish that was made clear.

The staff were friendly, but when I filled the tub the first water was brown and cloudy, the shower pressure was weak, and the towel had a smell—probably not for the cleanliness‑obsessed. I hope they can address these issues promptly.

The room was roomy, came with a hair iron, and they served a complimentary drink upon arrival; plus the station is close, which is great.

The service was outstanding, the room and its facilities were excellent, and the staff were wonderful, but it was a shame there was no elevator.
