The place is very beautiful and original. We really liked the location. The terrace view at the hotel is very beautiful and being able to dine there was very pleasant. Being able to spend the evening in Certaldo was great! The vegan lunch was very good. The bathroom in our room, especially the shower, could use a little love. Maybe a modification to get rid of the shower curtain.

The property is amazing. Stunning view and location. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. I believe they could improve by providing what other places have, simple things like cleaning gel, fridge, kettle… Although the staff member was very friendly and helpful, there were many messages written in a passive‑aggressive manner at the hotel. Examples: In the bathroom, there were instructions on how to use the facilities, as well as a message about water usage. Also, we could just order one cold and one warm option of drink on breakfast, seems very unusual to me. I had to carefully drink my coffee at the right moments because I knew I wouldn’t have more.

Being able to easily have a vegan breakfast was fantastic! Eric was beyond helpful and so so kind. The location is beautiful. Will absolutely come back if I’m in the area

Un dépaysement total dans un lieu rempli de charme, une terrasse à l’arrière du bâtiment avec une vue magnifique sur la campagne toscane. Un hôte très serviable et disponible. Une propreté irréprochable et une literie confortable. Un excellent petit déjeuner avec des produits locaux. L’espace douche avec la tenture est un peu trop petit
