“Overall a good stay, next time I will request a different room.”

The room was clean, and the staff was friendly. I liked that there were several restaurants available on the property. Loved the breakfast area in the hotel. I didn't like that my room was directly above the karaoke bar. The loud music vibrated into my room. It was hard to fall asleep, and it caused my dog to bark late into the night, possibly disrupting other customers

“Overnight stay specifically for a flight out of Laguardia, maybe.”

The staff were amazing, and the room was very clean and modern, though it lacked any special details to justify the almost $500 per night price. I didn’t stay long enough to try the breakfast. The location is great for getting to LaGuardia or Citi Field/Flushing Meadows, but if that isn’t your purpose, this isn’t a good pick, in my view. The price seemed to promise a more upscale vibe, amenities, or atmosphere that weren’t really there. The area isn’t walkable, but an Uber ride gets you there quickly. The entrance and elevator are shared with other commercial businesses and their patrons.

There was plenty of parking and the room was very clean, but the rating feels too high; the rooms are small and not as advertised.

“I stayed here 3 times and this last time I was pretty disappointed with housekeeping.”

I like the location, but my room wasn’t clean enough.

I landed from LGA and the stay was passable, but the hotel’s strong odor made it tough for anyone with a sensitive nose, and the neighborhood felt a bit unsafe. The staff were very friendly and helpful, though overall it didn’t feel worth the money.
