The room was spacious with a balcony and spotless, and the hotel sits 10‑15 minutes on foot from Panglao’s center, covering all activities, restaurants, and the beach. The pool was well maintained with loungers, hot water, and clean surroundings. The air‑conditioning was noisy, so we turned it off to sleep, but the temperature was fine. The staff were very kind. The breakfast could use improvement; there was only one option: rice, egg, and a slice of meat.

The staff and the room beds were good. The location and the bathrooms were not.

It was close to a nicer area. We arrived at night and were assigned the oldest rooms, far from the main part of the property; the door lock didn’t work. My sheet had obvious liquid marks—cleaning was lacking—and the floor was dirty with hair and grime. The hotel refused to compensate for the dirty room and didn’t send anyone to clean it until morning.

The pool was nice, and the place is only 10 minutes walking to Alona Beach. The room assigned at arrival had hundreds of ants in the bathroom; after notifying the staff, they swapped rooms immediately. There were several power cuts throughout the afternoon.
