I’m reluctant to give a negative review because the staff were friendly, but unfortunately the experience was unpleasant. The hotel was under renovation, the pool was cold and uninviting, the family unit had only one bathroom, TV was only in the lounge and sometimes didn’t work, and worst of all there were no blankets—only sheets, and when we asked for blankets they gave us large towels to cover. In the evening nobody was at reception, there was no buffet for breakfast, only a personal menu because we were the only guests. I hope the situation improves in the next season.

A perfect spot overlooking the beach, affordable, and we liked being able to book pier pickup and drop off. The only downside was that the pool wasn’t very clean, but the beach was right in front of us.

“Amazing location right on the beach.”

The hotel’s spot is ideal: right on the beach, between several larger resorts, and a short walk to Main Street where there’s a mini‑mart, massage spots, and several restaurants. From the moment we booked, communication was excellent—questions were answered quickly and they did everything they could to help us. The hotel is small, quiet, and perfect for relaxing without crowds. We loved our beachfront room with pool access. The rooms were large and comfortable, not overly fancy or modern. Food at the hotel restaurant was excellent. We simply loved this place for its simplicity.

I love staying here in Thailand; it’s one of my top picks, though the breakfast could use improvement.
