The hotel was a hit for my daughter and me—clean, comfortable, warm, cozy, and most importantly quiet. We were pleasantly surprised by how beautiful everything was. It’s just what you need after a long drive. The beds are very comfortable! The manager and staff are all friendly and answer any question you have. Breakfast was delicious! We arrived late, but they explained everything clearly—how to get the key and open the door. Thanks, everyone, I’ll definitely use your services again.

The only thing missing was a coffee and milk in the room; I get up very early before the restaurant opens, and I was short on coffee.

“Good for a one day stop”

Room was clean and spacious. W was checking late 20.35 and the reception was closed, I had some information about how to get to the building but nothing about the room. They told me that the room will be open but they forgot tell me what number. I was trying to call the office number but nobody answered. Breakfast was late 1 hour and service was poor, lady nowhere to be found after when she placed the food on the counter

I arrived during the scheduled hours and found no one there; there was no prior information on how to use the room. After contacting Booking, I was told the property was under renovation. Booking handled it professionally and refunded me immediately. Hotel Transylwania
