The duvet cover was filthy, yellow and disgusting—so bad I took a photo if you want to see.

I booked months ahead because I’m celiac, but when I arrived the manager was on sick leave and they hadn’t prepared any gluten‑free options, and the bacon was served in a bowl lined with bread, showing a clear lack of cross‑contamination precautions. I was disappointed by the lack of preparation and planning, especially after giving them so much notice.
