Hotel Rio Verde

“Hotel mediano. O melhor é a cama e os travesseiros. Mas precisa melhorar a limpeza. Café da manhã ok.”

The bed was comfy and there were four pillows, which matters a lot for a good sleep. The air‑conditioner worked well and the room was spacious. However, the room’s cleaning left something to be desired: a balloon‑paper piece lay on the floor from the day I arrived and stayed there even after the room was cleaned four times. Two cockroaches appeared in the room. The TV isn’t smart and is very small. The shower either over‑heated or was too cold.

The staff were very welcoming and attentive, the breakfast wasn’t very diverse but everything tasted delicious, the location was good, the internet worked well, and the facilities were clean. We asked for fresh toilet paper before leaving because it ran out, but when we returned the request hadn’t been fulfilled and we had to get it from reception. The air‑conditioning also seemed to be malfunctioning; it blew cold air but couldn’t properly cool the room, and at several points I felt heat during the night. Finally, although the rooms appeared clean, some towels had stains.

The staff were helpful, but the room had very little free space to move around.

“Em termo de hotelaria precisa melhorar para atender melhor os clientes”

My stay was marred by several issues, but the reception staff's courtesy made a positive impression. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hallway and the condition of the breakfast area's furniture were major concerns. The room itself had some significant problems.

“Tranquilo”

Overall, my experience was very positive due to the excellent service I received from the hotel staff.
