The price was incredible for the quality of the hotel, but the bar and restaurant staff moved too slowly, the wine selection was terrible and limited, and the food was decent but not outstanding. Checking in was a hassle: even though we emailed our passports, we still had to repeat everything through an intercom system instead of speaking to a person, which was the last thing we wanted after a long drive.

Nothing good. The check‑in staff didn’t respond for over an hour, they changed the entry password without notifying you, and left you on the street.
