“Room lovely not full continental breakfast. Wouldn’t adhere to my disability”

The room was lovely but cold at night. We requested a lower‑ground room due to a disability, yet they placed us on the 3rd floor and wouldn’t change it.

“Recommended accomodation outside Blackpool centre”

I found the accommodation to be solid value, offering all the essentials for a brief stay, and the host was very friendly, with engaging chat messages.

Mayu greeted me warmly and the breakfast was hearty.

“do your self a favor stay well away from this sh1t tip”

The exterior of the B&B and the rooms didn't match the photos at all; the moment the host opened the door, a strong scent of burnt josh sticks hit me, and when we signed the register, we were told continental breakfast starts at 08.30, but the booking page never mentioned it; she added that an English breakfast costs an extra £5.50 per day. We had paid a little more for a larger room, yet it felt cramped—my hands could barely reach across the walls, and the walls themselves were a patchwork of three different wallpapers. We asked for a different room, but were told all were booked, which seemed unlikely since keys were left in doors for the entire two days we stayed. This is not just the worst place I've stayed in Blackpool; it's the worst place I've ever stayed anywhere, and it’s a disgrace.

The room was tidy, breakfast on Sunday morning was delightful, and the host was very helpful and informative. It’s close to the tram stop for Blackpool and Fleetwood. I would definitely consider staying again if I ever go back to Black.
