The property was acceptable, but the pool was tiny and awful; overall I didn’t enjoy the place at all.

The hotel’s amenities and location were solid, but on checkout day the manager called us twice, demanding we leave early even though there was still half an hour left until the official checkout time. Pushing guests out early is completely unacceptable, and when I raised the issue he argued with me, citing “quoted prices” and claiming the checkout time mentioned was wrong.

The food was delicious, the rooms were clean and hygienic, and the ambience was amazing. However, after sunset mosquitoes swarmed the outdoor areas—near the pool, indoor games, and candle‑light dinner spots—though not inside the rooms or restaurant.

I recently stayed at a resort that, despite its efforts to create a cozy atmosphere, fell short in providing a satisfactory experience. The room had an unsettling issue with insects in the bathtub, and the swimming pools were uninviting due to the extremely cold water, making them useless during the winter months. Furthermore, the jacuzzi had dirty water, and the catering manager's attitude was unpleasant.
