The room was clean and comfy, but the neighborhood was noisy at night. I could hear traffic and people outside all the time. Still, the room itself was a bright spot.

The location was great, but parking was a nightmare. We asked for an elevator‑accessible room because of ADA and were shocked to find the suite we paid 150 euros for had an old, slick jacuzzi with high walls that made bathing risky. No one warned us about the danger.

The staff were friendly, the rooms clean and comfy, but the spa was underwhelming and the pricing and logistics were confusing.
