The rates were good, yet the entire place was filthy: the shower was grimy, the toilet seemed untouched for six months, and there were human feces under the sea. Blankets and sheets were stained, the floor was uncleaned, and walls had scarf marks, making the whole environment feel completely unsanitary.

It was cheaper than the others, but the place was run down, everything needed updating, the sink and tub backed up when used, the parking lot was very old and the asphalt was broken up, and the ice machine was not working.
