The breakfast room was very nice and cozy, with pleasant and friendly service, and overall the breakfast was good to very good. The beds were comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean. However, our room was inexpensive and consequently – especially in the bathroom area – a bit tight and located in the basement. It was fine for sleeping.

The location and the house are in a beautiful area. The narrow driveway for parking is a drawback.

The staff were great and very friendly, which isn’t always the case. The location is a bit outside, in the old villa area. With bus and U/S train everything is reachable within 20‑30 minutes. A bus stop is right in front of the door. Breakfast is plentiful; the only thing missing is scrambled eggs (there are fried and boiled eggs). There are no rolls, but they offer various baguette types to cut. Seasonal fruit is abundant. The decor was very comfortable and the room had plenty of space. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

The overall family atmosphere is great. The beautiful old manor feels almost like home… the location is optimal, very close to the Alster, and in 5 minutes you’re in Eppendorf. There’s nothing to improve, it’s perfect as it is!
