I booked two rooms for 7 people: 4 adults and 3 children under two. A week before arrival I called to tell the hotel what time we’d be there. The day before, I called again and said we’d arrive after midnight. When we got there at 12:40 a.m., the owner told me, “I sold your room because I thought you weren’t coming.” I do not recommend this hotel at all. Very disappointing experience. -1000 👎
