“Worst and Booking.com should refund 100% amount back to customer. No more comment but 100% worst”

Nothing. No courtesy from the staff. I booked the hotel with “Breakfast Included,” but during checkout they asked me to pay for breakfast and showed a mobile app that clearly stated “Breakfast Included.” They didn’t believe it, so I finally paid for breakfast. I didn’t receive an invoice at checkout on 24.02.2026, and I had to collect it on 26.02.2026.

One of the few redeeming qualities of my stay at this hotel was the late night check-in process, which was hassle-free and efficient.

Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was disrupted by the noise from the pub above, which was still open until 2 pm and made it difficult for me to spend quality time with my family. It was a bit of a challenge, to say the least.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and while its location was a major plus, the constant noise from outside kept me awake at night. The hotel's proximity to local attractions was a huge advantage, but the lack of soundproofing made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Overall, the hotel's location was a major draw, but the noise was a significant drawback.
