The location was fine, the hotel was clean and nice, I really appreciated the on‑site laundry service that was free. However, breakfast wasn’t available as advertised, the air‑conditioning unit leaked around it and by the window, and socks and house shoes got soaked.

The staff were absolutely terrible; manager Julia was unprofessional and allowed her team to behave the same way. It was very tacky, I paid for it and I’m still mad. Staff kept walking into our room without knocking, and when I tried to complain, an employee threatened to revoke my reservation. They claimed they wanted to clean the room after 7 days, but we had only been there 3 days. Everyone at the front desk used bad language, showing complete unprofessionalism.

The breakfast was awesome! I enjoyed my stay and was pleased with everything.

The room was spacious, the bed comfortable, the bathroom large, and there was a full‑size refrigerator and microwave. It was very quiet, though construction was happening and no one was there.

I noticed that breakfast wasn’t offered, even though the site says it is; I suspect they’re renovating.
