At first glance the property looks very pleasant: the loft style and dark colors make it modern and welcoming. The two terraces are a plus, though they’re quite small and lack a panoramic view. That’s why it would probably be more functional to put the jacuzzi outside, freeing up interior space. The room has three walls entirely of glass, a beautiful aesthetic choice but impractical on hot days: the inside temperature rises sharply and the air‑conditioner alone can’t cool the space adequately. The bathroom is very small, probably under 2‑3 square metres, so small that there’s no bidet, though the shower is large and comfortable. Another negative point is the lack of a wardrobe: this is the first time we’ve stayed somewhere without a place to hang clothes. Also, although we were told the tap water is drinkable, we would have appreciated at least a bottle of fresh water in the fridge as a welcome gesture. We found a tray set up for breakfast, but breakfast wasn’t included: there were only two coffee pods, which can set different expectations. Regarding value for money, we feel the cost of the stay isn’t fully justified. In the past we’ve stayed at places with superior services and comforts for significantly less. We see several aspects that could be improved. Nevertheless, I want to end on a positive note: the owner was extremely kind, helpful, and courteous, welcoming us even before our arrival. His hospitality was truly appreciated. Unfortunately, overall the experience did not satisfy us.
