The bed was comfy and the TV offered plenty of channels, plus the view was nice and the location was good—just a 10‑minute walk to the west gate of the train station. However, there was no hot water, so it was freezing, and the shower pressure was so low that we had to use the toilet hose; the bathroom itself was dirty and smelly.

Nothing positive to mention. The place was extremely dirty: the bed linens hadn’t been changed and were filthy from previous guests, there were no towels or toilet paper, no hot water, no soap, and the floor was unwashed. I would never return.

The location was good, and the bed was comfortable. The room’s equipment was very poor and outdated: the map had issues, the shampoo dispenser didn’t work, the shower head holder was barely functioning, and the tap water flowed very lightly. The street is full of homeless people at night, litter, rats, and pests, which isn’t pleasant when walking from the city center. The accommodation itself can’t do much about that, but it completes the picture. I’d suggest at least updating the facilities.

Everything was as expected—this is my regular room address in Bandung, and it’s the fourth time I’ve stayed here. Everything was correct.
