This place is flawless. We stayed in a two‑storey suite with a terrace and a balcony on the top floor. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped. The value for money is excellent. The property is very quiet and well maintained. Everything was perfect, and we’d love to come back.

The location is close to downtown Sedona and all the hiking trails. Nothing to complain about—it was all good.

The location was good. There was no place to store laundry—no drawers or anything. Then there was a mosquito problem; I wouldn’t go back during the summer months. Anyone sensitive to that should avoid it from June to September.

All of the facilities were excellent, offering several pools, a gym, and a villa, and the apartment itself was very spacious with a well‑equipped kitchen. It wasn’t really suited for eight guests, though, as four of us had to sleep on a sofa bed that wasn’t very comfortable. ===REVIEW 4=== We returned for a second holiday and found the hotel still dressed in a lovingly arranged Tuscan style. Breakfast was typically Italian, which can become a bit monotonous on a longer stay because the variety is limited, though the homemade cakes were a real highlight. The bar stayed open all day, and the service was consistently professional and very good. The pool was just the right size for swimming a few laps.

It’s beautiful and cozy, our go‑to spot whenever we visit Sedona; the suites even come with a washer and dryer, and the pools are great—overall the property is amazing and relaxing, though the beds could be better, they’re still comfortable enough that it’s not a major problem.
