The shower had no door, the head was awful and the pressure was low, but I still managed to wash. The TV in the living room was silent, and the bedroom TV didn’t connect to the internet, so I couldn’t watch TV in either room.

Love everything about the 3rd floor area starting with our beautiful suite, outdoor lounging areas, and infinity pool. There was nothing we didn't like

The bedroom matched exactly what I wanted and what I paid for, and the bathroom was fine with a good flow and quality of water, never missing shampoo, soap or conditioner. The staff at check‑in weren’t very attentive, and when I asked for a late checkout it was denied, so I was getting ready to leave at the scheduled 11:00 AM when a woman knocked, told me rather harshly that the late checkout hadn’t been approved and that I had to go, which I barely managed to explain that I already knew and was preparing to leave. I didn’t like how I was treated at arrival, and the exit was even worse.

They responded to messages promptly, but we were shocked to learn the restaurant was closed for several weeks until we arrived, which mattered because we chose the hotel for that dining spot. Ants swarmed the first room we got, so we moved to a different room the next day. The pool had a few leaves, likely from the nearby trees, and the room itself was a bit dusty.
