I appreciated the hotel's effort to confirm my booking over the phone before I arrived, and they even managed to find me a new room when the original one was full. However, they didn't keep their promise and ended up moving me to a lower-rated hotel that was nowhere near as good. And to make matters worse, they still expected me to pay the full amount according to my original booking.
