Béatrice’s kindness and professionalism stood out. However, the night‑time noise from other guests was disruptive, there were no small touches in the rooms, it felt better before, and a real downside was that every guest took turns grabbing the bread. For hygiene, a better solution would be wise.

There was nothing good. I was housed in the annex on the first floor without an elevator, with a steep, narrow staircase after paying 100€ for a room that also smelled bad and couldn’t be aired (probably a previous smoker). The manager didn’t react when I told her we were leaving because of the room’s condition.

A small, pleasant hotel on the outskirts of town that fits exactly what one would expect. During the famous Aurillac festival, it’s a great choice. It’s also convenient to grab a bite on site any time of day.
