I was blown away by how wonderful and flawless everything was, but the staff barely cared about my needs or requests, something I never expected from a hotel of that caliber.

The place was fabulous and the hotel lovely, but like most Fairmonts in that Canadian region, it was very pricey—part of the cost for the amazing train ride through the Rockies. Nothing specific stood out; it just feels like a lot to pay for a single night.
