The spot was spot on for enjoying and exploring San Cristobal de las Casas. The room above 204 was noisy around 2 a.m., though.

The location was ideal for the center of San Cristóbal, the staff were attentive and kind, and the value for money was excellent. However, the neighbor’s room was loud and there was only one charger outlet.

The location was perfect, noise was low, rooms kept a good temperature, and the vibe was calm and family‑friendly. I would have liked more toilet paper and towels in the room because we were three people and the supplies were scarce.
