“My booking was denied even with confirmation number and texts. No assistance have been provided afte”

I booked for the 7th of August, but the check‑in was on the 8th. When I arrived, they claimed they never received a booking. I showed them the confirmation, but they still wouldn’t accept it. It was a traumatic experience, especially because I got no help. I had to book somewhere else. They denied receiving the booking or the payment, and I’ve been calling them ever since with no help. The owner later admitted to receiving the payment but hasn’t issued a refund or anything. My money is still missing and I’ve got no assistance. I would not recommend booking here—protect your peace of mind.

“Stay??? What stay cos We did not stay, the place tried to scam us!!!”

There was nothing to like about the place because the owner tried to scam us. They confirmed our booking only to find that they were fully booked. The owner “Noks” was sending us from pillar to post instead of refunding us, and we were stranded traveling from JHB to DBN. The owner keeps saying she’s not the owner and gives us numbers of people who owned the place decades ago. This place has bad reviews for a good reason. God knows why we gave them a chance anyway.

“Angry and dissapointed”

Nothing, I never even got to see the rooms. Booked for 2 weeks (11 nights)only to get there and be told there are no rooms available. i had already paid through bookings. I have not been refunded my money

“I didn't stay at the place as they said my booking doesn't exist. The owners son take the money”

Nothing. I didn't stay there i was kicked out because the place was apparently fully booked, but i was not refunded. I had booked the place for 3 nights only to be told that tha booking doesn't exist as the son of the owner is the one receiving bookings. They had famaily issues that affect us. I was there as a student who was about to write final assessments but couldn't do so because imvubu took my money , didn't provide accommodation and didn't refund me
