The staff were very helpful, adjusting my late check‑in and early check‑out and even packing my breakfast to go. I stayed in a newly renovated bungalov that’s clean and suitable for one or two people, and the hotel offers a good restaurant and bowling lanes. The only issue was the bathroom sink, which was so small it was practically unusable; otherwise there were no complaints.

The room was spacious, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast was outstanding. The room was quiet and peaceful.

The surroundings were clean and beautiful, the kids’ corner in the restaurant was lovely, and the breakfasts and menu were excellent. The Benedikt area had great playgrounds and a ball track, and the staff were very kind and willing to help. We had a room right above the bowling alley, so we could hear the balls rolling until 22:00, which was a bit much. The bathroom had a leaking toilet and shower, and I was missing soap and a shower holder. These were minor issues that didn’t deter us.

The location was in a city leisure zone – a sports‑relaxation park – and the restaurant was also nice. The pillows on the beds were unusable – too high and hard, making it impossible to sleep comfortably.
