The location is nice, close to the local pier, the balcony has a great view facing the sun, service is good, and you should definitely opt for the all‑inclusive meals; however, booking any activities is tough and the seafood is average.

The food and the restaurants. The pool, the calmness, the design of the hotel and the service. You can see that the finishing work in the bedrooms has not been done well

I had a wonderful stay at Serry Beach and will definitely book again! The Guest Relations team is fantastic—they keep checking in to see how you’re doing and that everything is fine, which I really appreciated. Thanks for everything, especially Hanan! ❤️

We spent a week at Serry Beach Resort, which is beautiful, new, and well organized; the staff were friendly and welcoming. We paid about $100 extra per day for the all‑inclusive package, and while the buffet was good, dining at the restaurants was frustrating: reservations were required but availability was very limited, and we were repeatedly told everything was booked even though the restaurants looked almost empty. We could only dine at each restaurant once after complaining and asking management for help. The resort is gorgeous with great staff, but the restaurant reservation system ruined the all‑inclusive experience.
