I wouldn’t recommend this place. Getting there was a nightmare – the only way in is a narrow wooden bridge that wasn’t clearly shown in the listing. I paid for the room but didn’t feel safe crossing, so I never actually made it. The information is misleading and the whole experience was frustrating.

The spot is pleasant and Sueli, the owner, is super friendly and always ready to help. It’s a quiet area, right near the beach and a waterfall that’s just steps away from the house. The only downside is the walkway that leads to the house – it sways a lot and can feel unsafe, although there’s a sturdier path a bit farther out.

A quiet spot with a very kind landlady and spotless rooms. Everything was fine and I had no complaints.

The place was filthy and hard to locate – I got there late and had to wander down a dark lane before I finally found it. The only fan serves a mixed dormitory, so I ended up crashing on the sofa in the lounge instead of a proper room.

The only redeeming part was the staff who tried to help, but overall the stay was terrible. The property is reached by a rickety bridge that feels unsafe, we spent days without power and even a full day without water, and the owners offered no assistance or basic emergency supplies. With just one bathroom for a large group, no security measures, cramped rooms and ancient appliances, I can’t recommend this place.
