The staff were exceptionally friendly, but it would be great if the cleaning crew changed the towels every day.

The hotel is located in a quieter part of Lido. It’s a bit far from the center, but the bikes provided by the hotel made getting there easier. The beach is very close and loungers are available for guests. Rooms are weak for a 4‑star standard, though they were cleaned daily. As for breakfast, I don’t see why people say it was “super”; during a nearly 10‑day stay the menu was the same every day—just one set. For a 4‑star hotel, it’s a scandal that there are no hot dishes. Daily poor‑quality rolls were also an issue, especially the dark bread, and the vegetables and fruit were low quality. The hotel management behaved in an un‑elegant manner at breakfast. The atmosphere during meals was also worth noting: the manager treated staff poorly, often shouting and swearing loudly in front of guests eating. This happened several times during the stay, which was unpleasant and downright scandalous. On the day of departure, they turned off the air‑conditioning while guests were packing—an issue that repeated itself.
