I had a horrible experience. They advertised themselves as pet‑friendly with no extra fee, but when I arrived with my pet they demanded ₹2000. The room I booked was a larger one, yet they gave me a much smaller space. The staff was uncooperative; I couldn’t understand why they behaved that way. While checking in with my husband and pet, the staff assumed I had a child and demanded I explain it. Later they claimed I was calling my dog a child and insisted we were two adults and one child. The owner trusted the staff’s story and refused to talk to us. I refused to check in and asked for a refund, which the owner immediately denied, showing no effort to resolve the situation. Their sole concern was making money. I would say I LIKED NOTHING.

This place was a disaster - rooms and bedding were filthy, and it was clear that cleanliness wasn't a priority. It was unclean and just plain unhygienic, not exactly what you'd want from a hotel. Overall, it was a pretty grim experience.

The receptionist was really nice and respectful, which was a great start to my stay. Unfortunately, the cleaning and night staff didn't quite live up to her standards - it was a bit of a letdown. Still, you can't help but appreciate a friendly face at check-in.

“Worst stay”

The bed was in rough shape, and I was totally grossed out by the cockroaches on the blanket - it was smelly too. And don't even get me started on waiting an hour for hot water.

I was really unimpressed with this hotel - it was very poor, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. There wasn't much to say about it, other than that it was a disappointment.
