This boutique hotel in an old house in Telavi was beautiful and served as a great base for our two days of wine tasting nearby; the attached restaurant offered exceptional food—one of the best dinners we had in our eight days in Georgia—and the breakfast was outstanding, making for an excellent stay.

The hotel is truly beautiful, a small balcony offers lovely views, and the rooms are quiet; however, there is no elevator so you have to carry your luggage yourself, and the bathroom lighting is very dim.

The property is stunning, with meticulous details everywhere; the staff are very friendly and the attached restaurant is incredible, all in a great central location.

The rooms are roomy, come with fridges, minibars, quirky furnishings, and the beds and pillows are comfortable; but there’s no elevator, making it hard for people on the second floor to move their bags.
