The location is nice, and the receptionist is a very friendly lady who always smiles. In the first room the TV was broken, and we were offered a smaller room without a mountain view. The first view was okay, but the flaws weren’t obvious. The bathroom door wouldn’t close unless you slammed it (thanks to the neighbors at night). The bathroom light was out and the bed was a disaster, creaking with the slightest movement. At the bar we waited forever for service, and at noon on the terrace we had to go to the kitchen and ask if we would even be served. The breakfast buffet only had a coffee machine, meaning long waits for a cup of coffee. For the truly worse room we received a 10‑Euro discount per night, which was really too little.

The room was nice and warm when we arrived, the dinner and breakfast were very good, the pool water was pleasantly warm, and the pool hall was also nice.
