A wardrobe or closet, clothes rack and a wake‑up service are provided, and the room is served by an elevator for easy access to upper floors. The en‑suite bathroom includes a toilet, free toiletries and a bath or shower.

“Digitising unhygienic unsafe pathetic torture waste of money”
First, the rooms were disgusting and the front desk was really incompetent and unable to help. The room we were given was filled with a smoke smell. Then the guy came to put room freshener. Second, the rooms are dingy with disgusting sticky flooring, toilet smell everywhere. Then our room was changed where the AV wasn’t working, the remote wasn’t working. I Uditi Nikhil’s wife asked for the remote and why it was not working; the front desk guy couldn’t understand or help. So we left to find another hotel. Every room was sticky, the alley was stinky. That place is not a decent place to live in; what standard are you following? Then you are bloody asking for a review. Instead of refunding our money you’re calling to take feedback. How pathetic. Nothing about the property was nice; the toilets were stinky. The rooms were smelly mostly and dingy. Sticky flooring, smell, upholstery, no hygiene. Location, staff, rooms, everything was pathetic. Nothing was worth liking.

The stay was decent and the breakfast was decent but the staff are too rude, especially Ravindra, worst stay, and there is no hot water; the shower doesn’t work. Worst property. There is a guy called Ravindra, too arrogant and rude with us, and he just came out of nowhere and told us to vacate the room and was too arrogant.

I like the active response to the minor issues that occurred at any time inside the room. I love the breakfast provided every morning. Staff are excellent 👌🏻 ❤️ The room needs to be lit a bit more spacious. The washroom needs to be cleaned everyday with disinfectant. Rest all is great.
Room 207 on 31st July and 1st August, the AC was not working properly, not cold.
