The staff were super friendly and very accommodating, especially Victoria and Julia. The after‑hours check‑in was confusing; I had to wander around the building several times to figure out how to get the keys to the 20th floor. I also ended up helping other guests the night after and the following.
The view was extraordinary at 180° from Suite 1, the bedding was very comfortable, and the excursion pickup locations were close by. The only downside was the lack of French‑language TV channels.

You could easily give this place more than ten points; it’s simply stunning, with a breathtaking outlook that makes you want to just soak it all in. The receptionist greeted us warmly and made us feel very welcome. All the rooms sit on the 20th floor, and we were escorted up after checking in downstairs; even the elevators are a highlight, fully decorated in an island style. The beds were incredibly cozy, letting us enjoy the scenery right from the mattress. Breakfast was delivered on a small cart straight to the room, absolutely delicious, varied, and extremely plentiful—we even chose the menu the night before. Parking was free right in front of the hotel, and we’d love to return. The only downside was that we couldn’t get the thermostat right, so the room stayed a bit chilly.
