The host was very kind. The futon was clean and I slept soundly right away. Breakfast was very tasty. Since I arrived at night, she told me about nearby eateries, called the restaurants, and even made a reservation for me. There was nothing at all.

We stayed two nights at Yimshita and it was fantastic. The host helped us with everything, even driving us to the grocery store when we arrived in the evening. The location is great, just a minute from the bus stop, and it was easy to get to Shirakawa-go and to travel to Inokura the next day. We found a nice walking tour nearby and highly recommend it.

After booking I requested a few things and the owner answered very kindly and carefully; he was very friendly and we had a lot of fun chatting, and the inexpensive breakfast we added was delicious; the family‑type room was larger than expected, and after waking up I jogged around for about 30 minutes and saw many highlights such as the thatched‑roof houses, the exile huts, and the clear stream of Shōkawa.
