The staff were friendly and the check‑in was quick and smooth. The property felt a bit neglected, probably because it’s separate from the main hotel. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable, but the pillows were uncomfortable. The staff kindly swapped them for us, though the new pillows were very similar to the originals.

I stayed right in the middle of Valletta, and the AX Rossellini hotel was handy for breakfast and the pool and bar. The only downside was that rooms at the front were a bit noisy because of the cheeky monkey bar below.

The location was fantastic, the staff were very polite, the breakfast was good, and most importantly the room was quiet and peaceful. I recommend it.

This hotel is superb, perfectly located in the old town's center on a lively street full of bars and restaurants. The triple room was amazing, spacious, very modern, and the two showers were a huge plus. The staff were incredibly helpful, and the rooftop bar Grain at the sister AX hotel was outstanding. The price for the room was very reasonable given the quality and location. I would highly recommend this hotel.
