“Deludente e sporco.”
The pool is 30 m from the house on another private garden – the only clean, new service. The lady was quite courteous, explaining in detail how to use the shower in the room, how to close the door and windows, and she was punctual with breakfast time. The cleaning was nonexistent throughout the property and in the room (spider webs and spiders everywhere), the shower in the room was a nightmare (we’ve had it in Africa but here in Europe), the furniture was old and worn, the sheets and blankets were of questionable cleanliness. The house has two guest rooms and a shared bathroom (not disclosed on Booking), the photos on the site are outdated, and the breakfast was sparse with “house” products that had already been used/opened by who knows how long. If this is supposed to show how to manage guests, maybe the business should change.
