Everything was perfect, but the hotel charged a reservation deposit even though the ads said no deposit was required.

Everything was very clean and comfortable and the staff were great, but they later asked me to pay a reservation deposit even though the listing said no deposit was needed; they claimed high demand on my date, which I understood, but I had already booked with the expectation of no fee, so I paid the deposit anyway and it should be reflected in the ads.

I had a great time at this hotel, but the service with the coffee was a bit lacking - I had to guess who to ask for it, and it took a while to get it. Luckily, a kind woman who might have been an employee helped me out. Otherwise, everything else was excellent.
