Location, bed was comfortable. Pillows comfortable. Roach on bed when i pulled back covers. No others found. Broken window, glass missing, no towel bar or hook on back of door in the bathroom. No toilet paper holder. Floor looked like it hadn't been vacuumed. Refrigerator was dirty inside

The location was good, but when my wife and I booked a superior deluxe king handicap room, we were handed a lower‑tier room on the second floor; the staff said no other rooms were available. We had to park next to an empty king room on the ground floor for both nights, and because we checked in late we couldn’t get a refund. The pool had been closed for months, even though the listing said it was open at the time of booking. Had it not been for the location issue and the lack of a refund, I would have definitely chosen another place.
