I loved the breakfast buffet – the food was tasty and varied, and the staff were wonderful. However, the cleanliness level was below what I expected; the carpet was old and dirty, even the hallways had visible stains. When I asked for an extra bed, the employee mentioned a discount, so I paid the full amount, but at checkout they added an extra charge and told me the staff had failed to explain the added tax.

We loved staying at Conrad. The partial Haram view and spacious room were a plus, rooms were clean, and the restaurant food was amazing. We also enjoyed breakfast and the proximity to the Haram was short. I thank Abdul Rehman, manager of Conrad, for upgrading our room, and I’d also like to thank Mr Tayyab for his hospitality and for helping us with issues beyond his responsibilities. Big thanks to everyone. On the last visit, we had all bathroom amenities available, but this time we didn’t get any lofah, dental kits, or combs.

“ممتاز إذا تغير تعاملهم مع النزلاء”

The hotel is new, excellent, and right next to the Haram. The downside is that late check‑in and early check‑out are not handled cooperatively, especially for elderly guests, and I hope management reviews this issue.

“اشكر الموظفين على تعاونهم وحسن استقبالهم”

The hotel is close to the Haram and the restaurant is very tasty, with helpful staff and spacious, well-equipped rooms. The furniture, though, feels somewhat old.
