The rooms were great, but the photos show nothing like reality; the pool is unusable and dirty, the jacuzzi is grimy, the grass is dried out, and everything feels neglected.

The response was quick, Noah was kind and helpful, we received an upgrade, and the facilities (pool, spa) were great; breakfast was included, and both the interior and exterior spaces were exotic and atypical. Finding it at night wasn’t obvious, but we were given all the necessary directions, so it worked out. I’m writing this because everything was perfect.

There’s a villa with a pool in a lovely garden, ten minutes from the beaches. A more fully equipped kitchen would be ideal.

Only the room was acceptable. The staff’s total indifference was evident—they never appreciated anything, even the breakfast that was included in the price was confirmed but never appeared. The photos posted online don’t reflect the reality of the premises.
