The room in the center of Götzis was simple and the check‑in was easy, but the balcony door wasn’t fully sealed and there were many signs of wear.

“Zimmer prizipiell schön. Self Check in und Check out funktioniert gut. Sauberkeit sehr mangelhaft.”

Cleanliness was poor: the bathroom bin still had trash from previous guests that wasn’t emptied during my stay, hair (probably from a razor) was found behind the sink, the toilet brush was extremely dirty and smelly, the dishwasher hadn’t been cleared, there were no coffee or tea cups available, and some dishes were not clean.

The self‑check‑in worked, the room was large and the atmosphere was pleasant and quiet, the surroundings were convenient for shops, fast‑food, and restaurants, public transport was good, and the price was excellent. Thank you to the young staff member (I forgot his name) who helped me with check‑in and assisted several others that day because of card‑reading issues. I would appreciate towel changes after two or more nights, the ability to refill or buy coffee pods (sugar, cream), the snack machine often runs out, the touch screen on the self‑check‑in kiosk tends to freeze (especially the numeric keypad), and I wonder if there is anyone physically present in the hotel who could handle emergencies and requests at night.

“Nicht noch einmal .”

Im ersten Zimmer war der Duschvorhang Sorry ein : Seuchenlappen : Ebenso befand sich im Geschirrspüler noch Geschirr mit Resten. Ein Zimmerwechsel wurde nach endlosen Telefonaten angeboten. In diesen brannte kein Licht im Bad!
