The staff were friendly, but this time the room’s location under the roof was a problem—constant banging, and the cleaning was subpar; I had to wipe down everything when I checked in.

On the bright side, the staff were nice, the AC was really cold, and there was a small fridge in the room—good for a quick two‑night stay. But for budget travelers, this place is a no‑go: the building feels old and worn, furniture, beds, and rooms are all junk, pillows and mattresses had stains, and when we complained the staff said it’s “normal in Bulgaria.” That’s just unacceptable.
