Ramada by Wyndham Kasauli

Staying at Ramada Kasauli was truly memorable and very pleasant; every member of the hotel staff—from the gatekeeper and reception team to the housekeeping crew—were extremely helpful, courteous, and professional. I didn’t know most of their names because they didn’t wear name badges, but I especially want to thank Ms. Anchal, who had just joined the hotel; she served guests at the first‑floor restaurant and was present from breakfast until about 11:00 PM on the second day of our stay, serving us both breakfast and dinner with great warmth, dignity, and professionalism. Her manager was also very helpful and ensured we had a wonderful dining experience. I sincerely appreciate the excellent hospitality from the entire team and would gladly stay at Ramada Kasauli again.

There was no connectivity to the city, cleanliness was not very good, service was moderate, and the pool area was noisy.

“People out there are so helpful, the taxi drivers are accommodative.”

The property is awesome and I’d like to return, but there were no activity spots, though they said more would come soon.

“Pathetic”

Nothing was in order, service is worst than a roafsidrd dhaba. Pathetic service, staff coordination not there. Lot of time taken in restaurant for service. Tables were not equiped with crockeries, no glasses. Over this while checking out luggages were loaded to another vehicle and litterally we were to run behind it
