Filomena Golf Paradise

The property is huge with a large pool, offers all the amenities you could need, and is close to the beach and restaurants; the staff were amazing and very helpful, which is a big plus. However, the interior feels very old and in need of updates, no cleaning service is included, cleanliness could improve, and the rooms feel empty and basic without any warmth.

“Excellent grounds and spacious home.”

We arrived with five kids aged 3 to 7, and the pool and surrounding grounds were perfect for their playtime; the pool itself was spotless and the lawns immaculate, with plenty of beach towels for loungers. The kitchen was fully equipped, complete with a coffee machine, toastie maker, juicers, and more. A car is highly recommended for staying here, and the front‑door carport keeps the vehicle shaded all day. The owners were very helpful and responded quickly to any questions I had. We stayed for 11 nights and really enjoyed it. The only drawback was that the beds were too small and the mattresses not very high quality; two rooms each had a double bed that felt cramped for two adults. If the owners upgraded those to king or queen size with better mattresses, complaints would be minimal. The house feels a bit dated, but it’s clean and spacious, and we still managed to sleep well. The pool and grounds more than made up for any negatives.

Location. Comfortable. Spacious. Grounds. Well equipped. No separate shower unit, just shower head over bath. Difficult for reduced mobility users

“Iedereen heeft een goede tijd gehaden we zouden het zo weer boeken”

The house itself is large, modern, and fully equipped with all comforts. The stove, however, didn’t work quite properly.

“Absolutely nice, very fond memories”

The pool was fantastic, the house enormous, the rooms large, and the environment quiet. We were a group of seven, and some of us found the beds to be rather firm.
