The property is in a good spot, staff are genuinely friendly and helpful, and it’s quiet and calm. However, there’s a lot to improve: the room wasn’t well equipped, had old furniture, and the pillows were very flat and uncomfortable. The room was tiny, with two single beds barely fitting, leaving no space for a suitcase. The bathroom door wouldn’t close because the bed blocked it. The bathroom only had toilet paper and a bottle of liquid soap; there was no place to put shampoo and gel, no towel rack on the door or any wall, and no soap dish. The hotel feels like it’s stuck 30 years in the past, with curtains and tablecloths left in the reception. It has potential but is poorly managed and needs an update.
